Where do you ship to?
We ship throughout Europe. Some items are subject to shipping restrictions for shipping options offered during checkout and may vary depending on the shipping address provided.
Can I change my delivery address?
For security reasons, we are unable to change your delivery address after you have placed your order.
How do I know when my order has been shipped?
A shipping confirmation email will be sent when all or part of your order is on its way to you. This email will also contain the tracking information for your shipment. Since items may ship at different times from different fulfillment centers, including our marketplace partners, you will receive multiple shipping confirmation emails with an update on each individual item. Please allow up to 24-48 business hours after receiving the shipping confirmation for the tracking details and shipment details to become visible.
When will I receive my package?
Processing time is separate from delivery time. Processing time is 1-2 days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Shipping time is typically between 1-2 weeks. If shipping takes longer, please contact us immediately using our contact form . We will contact the retailer personally.
What do I do if I don't receive my package?
If your tracking information indicates "delivery" and you haven't received your package, we recommend checking with neighbors, roommates, or leasing agencies who may have received the package on your behalf. We also recommend contacting the carrier directly to see if they can provide you with additional delivery information. If your package still hasn't arrived within 3 business days of the delivery date, please contact us at info@kurdish-fanshop.com or via our contact form . We will investigate for you.
Will my items be shipped in one package?
If your order contains multiple items, we may ship them separately and at different times to get them to you faster. They may be shipped directly from different marketplace partners. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know what's shipping, along with the carrier and tracking information.
Can I exchange my product(s)?
Due to the printing on the products, it is no longer possible to exchange the product.
